Australian patient experience software provider Five Faces and Indonesian digital trust provider Privy have today announced a partnership agreement to collaborate across both geographies.

Announced at today’s IndOz conference in Brisbane, the deal aims to maximise the benefits of both technology and distribution. Privy’s digital signature solution is being integrated with Five Faces’ digital front door solution, providing an option for hospitals to use authenticated signatures for medical and financial consent forms if required. More than 120 million documents have been signed with Privy since 2016.

With over 40 million verified users, Privy will introduce Five Faces’ digital front door solution to the Indonesian health market, which has an ambitious national digital transformation agenda, led by the Digital Transformation Office.

Nicole Nixon, CEO of Five Faces, said that paper forms were actively being phased out of the Australian health market, escalating demand for authenticated digital signatures.

“Whether you’re about to have surgery or attending a specialist clinic, secure digital forms are now a must-have, both for patient privacy and convenience, and to enhance automation and data safeguards,” she said. “We are delighted to integrate Privy’s digital signature solution to further protect patients and health providers.”

Marshall Pribadi, Co-Founder and CEO of Privy, said that the partnership would support Privy’s Australian expansion, while providing added value to the Indonesian health market.

“Digital trust and integrity are cornerstones of healthcare, and we are proud that Five Faces has selected Privy to enhance their leading digital front door solution,” he said.

“Additionally, the digital evolution of Indonesia’s healthcare system makes it an ideal time to introduce Five Faces’ as a proven patient experience player from a world-class healthcare market. Indonesian consumers will be able to use their PrivyID to log into Five Faces solutions, just like they do to access many government services. This partnership is a win-win for Indonesian-Australian collaboration and we look forward to the benefits it will deliver in both countries.”
