Allan is our Sydney-based Implementation Lead at Five Faces, working closely with our NSW clients to turn digital strategy into real-world outcomes.
He brings over a decade of experience across primary care, tertiary care, aged care and home care, with a strong focus on service optimisation, operations management and solutions implementation. Allan understands that successful digital transformation is not just about systems. It is about how those systems land with clinicians, administrators and patients, and strong, adaptable implementation is what ultimately shapes impact.
Allan is known for his calm, practical approach and his ability to navigate complexity while keeping people at the centre of change.
Atif is Head of Engineering at Five Faces, where he leads technical vision, strategy and execution – empowering our engineers and delivering high-quality, scalable, innovative products and services. He brings over 15 years of experience across consumer health and SaaS, including senior roles where he modernised the stack and helped improve performance, cost and security.
Earlier in his career, Atif spent a decade building engineering capability and delivering enterprise web and mobile solutions, and completed a Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology from the University of Sydney. His leadership focuses on pragmatic engineering: measure what matters, automate relentlessly, and design for reliability, privacy and accessibility.
Ashleigh brings a wealth of experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and program leadership across government, infrastructure, and international relations. She has successfully led strategic initiatives and managed relationships across industries, fostering collaboration between businesses, government bodies, and community organisations.
As Partnership Manager at Five Faces, Ashleigh brings a passion for building productive partnerships and driving our valuable collaborations with industry partners. Drawing from her experience as a program manager and committee chair, Ashleigh excels in cultivating strong networks and developing our partnerships to deliver value and align with our vision to drive innovation in digital consumer and patient experience.
Cory has 13 years of experience working in Surgical and Perioperative services in public health, spanning roles as a surgical ward nurse, case manager and Clinical Nurse Consultant Service Improvement and Innovation. Focused on identifying and enhancing the surgical patient journey to improve patient access, communications, health literacy and journey experience, Cory provides a strong clinical perspective that shapes the development of our solutions to meet real-world healthcare needs.
Cory completed his PhD in digital health and surgery support applications at QUT, combining academic expertise with a rich skillset in research, literature assessment, and clinical innovation. As our Research and Clinical Lead, Cory’s expertise ensure our solutions are informed by frontline research and tailored to deliver meaningful improvements in patient care.
With over 20 years of experience in financial strategy and transformation across media, healthcare, and transport, Warren is known for his ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. As CFO, he combines strategic vision with detailed financial modelling to drive agility and long-term growth. With deep expertise in financial analysis, strategic business partnerships, and operational efficiency, Warren ensures that Five Faces remains agile and well-positioned for success in an ever-evolving market.
Warren is passionate about modernising finance functions through AI and automation, to focus on supporting business value creation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountants (FCMA).
Steve is our highly experienced Project Manager and brings a unique background including service in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and over 20 years at Boeing Defence Australia, where he specialised in supply chain management and process improvement.
As our Project Manager, he oversees the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines. He excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks while driving improvement and innovation in project processes. Steve’s strategic experience in logistics and procurement makes him a valuable leader in complex and dynamic project environments.
Over the past 10 years, Sam has worked on delivering EMR, outpatient portals, and digital front door solutions alike for both healthcare providers and healthtech companies. This extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of the patient journey, enabling her to guide clients in defining, building, and implementing optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
As our Head of Implementation, Sam is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and supporting clients throughout the implementation journey with Five Faces.
Billy brings more than 20 years’ experience across clinical care, hospital operations, digital health leadership and healthcare transformation. Prior to joining Five Faces, he held senior leadership roles at Alfred Health, including Deputy Chief Information Officer, where he led major digital health initiatives focused on patient experience, access, clinical workflows and service transformation across one of Australia’s leading tertiary health services.
As Business Development Manager at Five Faces, Billy works closely with health services to understand operational challenges and help shape digital solutions that improve patient flow, access and engagement. With a unique perspective from both the health service and vendor side, he is passionate about building trusted partnerships and helping healthcare organisations deliver more connected and patient-centered experiences.
With over 20 years of experience in the B2B technology sector, Cathy is our Chief Marketing Officer. She has extensive experience in Australian and international marketing, spanning many sectors including health and government.
Cathy guides our brand and marketing strategy, working closely with our product and delivery teams. She ensures that Five Faces stays connected with customers, continually improving and delivering value.
Rachel has over 20 years’ experience within the healthcare sector and has played a key role in electronic medical record and patient portal implementations.
Rachel is passionate about partnering with customers to deliver patient-centric, loveable products that exceed expectations and benefits.
Rachel’s knowledge of hospital workflows combined with her experience in Change Management and Project Management ensure that not only do our solutions meet requirements, but stakeholders are fully supported throughout all stages of implementation and ongoing partnerships with Five Faces.
Abdul is a co-founder and the Chief Technical Officer of Five Faces. He has helped grow the business from a small start-up to a leading-edge organisation with Tier 1 clients across healthcare, government, hospitality, and beyond.
Abdul provides the ultimate technical direction and framework for all our solutions, setting stringent security, design, and integration standards. A team of highly-experienced senior developers work under his guidance to build custom solutions that uphold these standards for our clients.
During critical, time sensitive projects, Abdul is known for rolling up his sleeves to deliver unprecedented results. He was central to our Mass Vax solution for Sydney LHD in 2021—a solution built largely in less than a week that has gone on to deliver over one million vaccinations to date.
Nicole provides the overarching strategic direction to lead Five Faces through rapid growth and innovation. She leads a team of nearly 30 to deliver consumer experience solutions accessed by four million Australians.
Empathy lies at the core of Nicole’s approach. With a deep understanding of human connection, she champions the importance of putting consumers at the forefront of every experience. She ensures equal opportunities to thrive in the digital age by supporting vulnerable consumers with easy, accessible technology. Internally, Nicole inspires and motivates the Five Faces team to deliver exceptional solutions and service, fostering a supportive culture of excellence and continuous improvement. She forges strong and enduring partnerships with clients, where goals, design and achievements are shared as one team.
These exceptional people skills are backed by a solid foundation of structure, process, and problem solving which Nicole acquired during her time in the Royal Australian Air Force and honed through diverse professional experiences in manufacturing, business consulting and entertainment. This rich background enables Nicole to lead with a unique blend of empathy and pragmatism, ensuring that innovation is not just a lofty ideal but delivered in a reliable and consistent fashion.
Nicole was the driving force behind Five Faces’ pivot during COVID-19 to focus on consumer experience solutions – initially on the frontline of the healthcare industry and then broadening to other complex service organisations such as education and government. She oversaw investment in the company’s new technology platform to ensure that the unprecedented innovation during COVID-19 would become the new normal.
