Nicole Nixon, CEO of Five Faces, wins Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2025 ARN Women in ICT Awards, for her entrepreneurship in digital healthcare innovation.

We are thrilled to announce that Nicole Nixon, CEO and co-founder of Five Faces, has been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2025 ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA). The prestigious ceremony took place on 15 May 2025 at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney, celebrating female excellence across Australia’s technology sector.

Nicole’s recognition highlights her visionary leadership in transforming Five Faces from its origins in retail and hospitality digital signage to a leading provider of digital solutions in healthcare. The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic marked a pivotal shift toward supporting frontline health services, with Nicole guiding the company’s strategic focus. Following this shift, she championed reinvesting those insights into the creation of the DX5 Framework, ensuring that rapid digital health innovation became the new normal.

In her acceptance speech, Nicole expressed gratitude to her team, co-founder Abdul Alabri, clients, and partners for their unwavering support. She also acknowledged the backing from Trade and Investment Queensland, Austrade, Advance Queensland, and the Ignite+Scale program, emphasising the collective effort behind Five Faces’ success.
